Females between the ages of 15 and 19 can Go to the HWDSB CCE web site (http://www.hwdsb.on.ca/cce/youth-programs/summer-credit-programs/summer-school/) to print and complete a form (including parental signature). Carefully check when and where you will be writing your elearning exam: for full credit courses, the exam will be held at Sherwood Secondary School on July 28 at 10:00 a.m. For the Civics course, the exam will be held the afternoon of July 14 at Red Hill. If you are carrying over a course that you have headstarted, you do not need a guidance appointment but you do need to submit the signed carryover form to your counsellor by no later than June 23 (the sooner the better).Registration is open until June 9 for any Westmount student wishing to take Civics OR Careers this summer with other Westmount students. This course supports the further study of politics in Grades 11 and 12.To prepare students for the future, it is necessary to empower them to take an active role in finding their path in the world of work and the community.
